This short note explains what personal data we collect through the guest check-in form, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. If you have any questions, please contact us before submitting the form.

What we collect

• Your booking reference.
• The full names of everyone staying with you.
• A photo or scan of an official ID or passport for each guest.
• Your estimated arrival time.
• An emergency contact number.

Why we collect it

Maltese law requires accommodation hosts to register every guest staying at the property. We also use this information to verify your booking and to be able to reach you during your stay if needed.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your details and ID documents are sent by email directly to the host over a secure connection. Your ID documents are not stored in any public database or long-term storage on this website — they are passed straight through to the host's inbox as email attachments.

How long we keep it

Your ID documents and personal details are deleted after your checkout, once any legal registration obligation has been fulfilled. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is legally required for guest registration.

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal retention obligations). Please contact us to make such a request.
